The mission of the Parvus Group is to support the development of the energy sector in Georgia. We aim at developing power stations working on clean and renewable energy sources, such as water, wind, and solar. We also provide consulting services in the energy field. We conduct our business in the most effective, ethical, and economically sound manner. We nurture tomorrow’s leaders for the Georgian energy sector by actively involving young professionals in ongoing projects and activities

About us

A newly established Georgian-based LLC “Parvus Group” was created with the purpose of development of renewable energy sources such as hydropower, wind and solar plants.

To carry out ongoing and planned projects in a fast and effective manner the management board and the team have more than 10 years of experience. Under Parvus Group management, several development and construction companies was established (“Parvus Consulting”, “Parvus Construction”, “Parvus”, “Parvus Energy”, “Parvus Wind” and “Parvus Solar” ), in order to participate in construction, consultancy and micro hydro power project development.

Parvus Wind LLC is a subsidiary company of Parvus Group. The company aims to develop wind farms in Georgia and optimize usage of existing wind energy resources. The company carries out feasibility studies of potential wind locations, estimated energy yield and capacity factor calculation of the planned wind farms, and other important aspects related to wind farm planning and construction process. The study is based on the analyses of the statistical data and the results of the simulation processes. 1500s,

Parvus Solar LLC is a subsidiary company of Parvus Group. The company aims to develop solar parks in Georgia and optimize usage of existing solar energy resources. The company carries out feasibility studies of potential solar parks locations, estimated energy yield and capacity factor calculation of the planned solar parks, and other important aspects related to solar parks planning and construction process. The study is based on the analyses of the statistical data and the results of the simulation processes.

LLC “Parvus Construction” serves as a special vehicle for the construction phase of the projects and, conducts other projects independently, construction and civil activities are undivided part of general profile of the company therefore high flexibility is reached with established company.

Projects

Parvus Consulting LLC carries out Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) on how to choose new power projects for energy security or for interconnection. Our task is to develop all reasonable and creative approaches for economically competitive and technically controllable selection process, estimating the potential impacts from a qualitative and quantitative viewpoint including risk analysis. The project is supported by USAID.
